Nomini payments: deposits, withdrawals and payout times

Nomini handles deposits through the payment categories named in its terms, while withdrawals follow a separate approval and processing route. Our payments page explains the withdrawal window, VIP limits, wagering condition, fees and the documents needed when a payout is requested.
Getting money out
Nomini processes withdrawal requests through its financial department within 3 business days after the request is made, or within 3 business days after the previous withdrawal request has been paid out. The department works between 6 AM and 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. These figures are the operator’s stated processing window, rather than a guaranteed arrival time for funds.
- Open the cashier section of your account and select the withdrawal route available to you.
- Enter the amount and payment details required for the payout.
- Complete any identity, age or residence checks requested before the withdrawal is approved.
- Allow the request to enter the financial department’s processing queue.
- Track the request through the account until it has been paid out.
You may have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at one time. If you need to change the amount or payment route, contact support before the request is processed.
Funding an account
Nomini’s terms refer to credit or debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets. The method-specific minimums, transaction fees and processing times are not set out in the material covered here, so check the payment screen for the terms that apply to the route you select.
A deposit may be followed by an identity, age or residence check. The financial department may also ask for the source of funds used on the account, so keep statements and other records for the payment method you used.
How long a withdrawal takes
The stated processing window is 3 business days, beginning when your request is made and, where relevant, after the last withdrawal request has been paid. Weekend and public-holiday timing is not addressed, and the route used to send the money can affect when funds appear outside our control.
Nomini also requires a x1 rollover before a withdrawal can be approved. In practical terms, the wager on the funds must reach the deposit amount before the request moves forward.
Withdrawal limits by VIP level
Your withdrawal ceiling depends on the VIP level used when the request is made. Nomini calculates that level from activity during the 90 calendar days before the withdrawal request. A customer who has not placed bets for a month is automatically returned to the lowest level.
| VIP level | Daily limit | Monthly limit |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 500 EUR | 7,000 EUR |
| Level 2 | 500 EUR | 10,000 EUR |
| Level 3 | 800 EUR | 12,000 EUR |
| Level 4 | 1,000 EUR | 15,000 EUR |
| Level 5 | 1,500 EUR | 20,000 EUR |
Fees, conditions and dormant-account charges
If the wager on deposited funds is below the deposit amount, Nomini may cancel winnings and retain a commission of 10%, with a minimum of 0.5 EUR. The commission rises to 15% when the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. This rule is separate from the x1 rollover required for withdrawal approval.
An account that is not logged into for 180 days is charged a 5 EUR monthly administration fee. If you believe a payment needs to be reversed, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction for the refund request to be considered.
Verification before a payout
Nomini may verify your identity, age and residence before or after deposits and withdrawals. The requested documents can include a properly certified identity document, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories for the payment methods used. A refund request may require a passport, driving licence or identity card, together with a utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement.
You must provide requested documents within 30 days. Nomini usually verifies a complete document set within 10 days after it has been supplied.
When a payout needs attention
Contact Nomini support with the transaction date, amount, payment route and any reference shown on screen if a request remains pending beyond the stated processing window. A payout may need closer review when identity or residence documents are incomplete, when the x1 rollover has not been met, or when more than three requests are already pending.
